Fresh Cranberry Orange Relish
My friend Karen joined us for Thanksgiving every year when we were living in Austin full time. I am sad we will be in different cities this year. What am I going to do without her cranberry orange relish? I will have to make my own! I hope this recipe does right by her!
Last year I used the leftover relish as a muffin filling and it was fabulous!
If you make my Ode To Cornelius Roast, you can use slice it and make a sandwich with the relish as a condiment – yum!
