5-Minute Game Changer Cheese Sauce

Recipe borrowed from Jill McKeever

5-Minute Game Changer Cheese Sauce

A few years back, this cheese sauce went viral with all the whole food plant-based influencers. I admit, I was a little skeptical. But then I remembered how gooey my oats got when I blended them in my Nutribullet trying to make an oat creamer. Perfect for cheese!

You need a high speed blender and when you blend it for the full five minutes it actually gets warm!

This is a great recipe for someone with nut and seed allergies.

1/4 cup corn starch

1/2 cup nutritionnal yeast

2 tsp onion powder (or granules)

It’s great as a game-day dip, on nachos, tacos, in enchiladas and burritos. You can even use it for Mac ‘n cheese!
