What is health coaching?

Health coaching is a powerful tool to help you achieve your goals. The initial session is 75-90 minutes, with one follow-up session for one hour. It’s essential to experience a follow-up to the initial session to fully benefit from having a coach.

One or two monthly live sessions for three months or more are optimal. We recommend three to six months to work on goals and support you in establishing new habits toward those goals.

All sessions include email follow-ups and check-ins between sessions. You do not need to be vegan or 100% plant-based to benefit from health coaching.
